How do I sign in?
Two password-free ways: Sign in with Apple, or email — we send a 6-digit code to enter in the app. Use the same one each time and your account follows you.
I got a new phone — how do I get my account back?
On the welcome screen tap “already in the corral? restore your account” and sign in the way you joined. Your profile, @handle, crew, and reviewed races come right back.
How do I sign out?
Profile (top-right on My Races) → settings → Sign Out. Your races and goals stay on your device and are waiting when you sign back in.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, follows, reviews, and activity from our servers, disconnects your Apple ID, and clears the app's data on your device. It can't be undone.
How do I report a post or block someone?
Long-press any post in the Corral feed → Report Post. On a runner's profile, tap ⋯ → Report Runner or Block Runner. We review every report within 24 hours.
Why is a race's date or registration window different from the official site?
Some race details are estimates while we verify them. The organizer's website is always the source of truth — check it before registering.
Where are my date of birth and gender stored?
On your device only. They're used to compute Boston-qualifying standards locally and are never sent to our servers.
